We have been in business now for over 17 years and proud members of the Better Business Bureau since 1995. When we started our store we wanted to stand behind our merchandise the best that we could and sell the cleanest best quality product we could find. We wanted our store to stand out from the rest, I don't know about now, but back then used appliance stores were not very clean and the appliances were filthy. Every single washer and dryer is torn down to nothing cleaned out and all maintenance is done. All refrigerators are completely check through and condensers are cleaned. Then we wash them with Comet and bleach. So we gave a normal 60 day in home parts and labor warranty and then if it was returned back to us for repair , we would fix it for the cost of parts for as long as the customer owned it. When we started this all the other appliances dealers thought we would be out of business within the year and that was over 17 years ago and we are still going strong. Over 1/2 of our business is repeats and referral business with customers that have brought their kids in and now even their grandchildren too, its an awesome feeling !
